Dan Bauer

Perhaps best known under his ‘Decibel’ moniker, Dan has released a myriad of projects, including singles, music videos, and a full-length album in the hip-hop realm. Most notable of these are the music videos, many of which as presented as intricately-choreographed one-takes. To date, Decibel has produced and mixed all of his own tracks, with his ear-catching sample-based beats taking fellow MC’s tracks to the next level, as well.

A multi-instrumentalist, Dan has released an abundance of solo works, including two full-length self-produced singer/songwriter albums on which he played every instrument. A wholly original artist, Dan opts for creativity over covers and performs his compositions with passion to spare. He also serves as the live and studio drummer for fellow MOCG member Just For Kicks. With an able hand in so many areas, Dan proves to be a competent studio musician, performer, and songwriter in his own right.
