Refunds & Returns Policy
We utilize a third-party service to produce and distribute our merchandise and must adhere to their refunds and returns policy. Refunds and returns are only available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us immediately with any issues to allow us adequate time to submit a request to our vendor. We cannot promise a refund or the ability to facilitate a return if you do not communicate your issue to us immediately. Please submit refund or return requests through our contact page.
Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on part of our vendor are covered at our vendor’s expense.
